Custom Domain (white-label dashboard)
Upload a logo, set how your brand appears, and connect the hostname you want to use. Ideal for agencies, enterprises, and teams that need a client-facing dashboard under their own brand.
White-label your QRStuff experience with your own hostname — brand your dashboard, publish short links on your domain, and connect apex domains or subdomains with guided SSL and DNS setup.
Enterprise-ready · SSL secured · Apex domain or subdomain
Brand your dashboard with logo, brand name, and custom hostname.
Publish short links on your own domain instead of a generic QRStuff URL.
Connect an apex domain or subdomain with clear DNS and SSL steps.
Custom domains are one of the fastest ways to make QR codes and short links feel native to your brand. Instead of sending customers to a third-party hostname, QRStuff lets you connect a domain or subdomain you already own — so dashboards, short URLs, and white-label surfaces look and feel like yours.
With Custom Domain, Custom Short URL Domain, and Custom Subdomain support, you can brand the experience your team uses and the links your audience scans. Upload a logo, set your brand name, enter a hostname such as qr.yourcompany.com, and follow the guided DNS flow until the connection is secured.
Whether you need a fully white-labeled client dashboard, branded short links for campaigns, or a simple subdomain for QR destinations, QRStuff keeps setup inside your account — with status tracking, refresh controls, and support when you need a custom domain quote.
Three related capabilities — one branded experience across dashboard and short links.
Upload a logo, set how your brand appears, and connect the hostname you want to use. Ideal for agencies, enterprises, and teams that need a client-facing dashboard under their own brand.
Enter the hostname you want for branded short links. Share yourbrand.link/abc style URLs (on your domain) instead of a default QRStuff short host — better for trust, print materials, and campaigns.
Prefer something like qr.yourcompany.com or go.yourbrand.com? Subdomains follow a CNAME-based SSL and traffic setup so you can keep your primary apex domain unchanged. Because a subdomain doesn't require handing over your domain's name servers, it's the lightest-touch way to go live — your marketing team can add QR and short-link branding on a dedicated hostname while IT keeps full control of the root domain's DNS and existing services untouched.
For subdomains, add the SSL validation CNAME first, then point traffic to the provided CDN hostname once the domain is secured. Apex domains use name servers with the same secured end state.
Watch domain status move through Pending, Configured, and Secured. Refresh when DNS propagates, and see when further DNS action is required.
Already have a domain? Enter it in the dashboard. Otherwise contact support@qrstuff.com for a custom domain quote.
White-label your dashboard with a branded logo, brand name, and custom hostname. Domain changes after creation go through support.
Use your own domain for short links. Activate or manage a single short URL custom domain configuration for branded redirects and QR destinations.
Connect a hostname with more than two labels (for example qr.yourcompany.com). Complete SSL validation, then add the traffic CNAME to go live. This applies whether you're setting up a Custom Domain or a Custom Short URL Domain — QRStuff automatically detects a subdomain hostname and switches to the CNAME-based flow instead of the name-server flow used for apex domains, so you don't need to pick a different setup path manually.
Open Custom Domains (or Shorturl under Custom Domains) in your QRStuff dashboard. Upload your logo and brand name for a white-label dashboard, or enter the hostname you want for branded short links, then create the configuration.
QRStuff shows name servers for an apex domain, or SSL and traffic CNAMEs for a subdomain — copy-to-clipboard values are shown directly in the dashboard.
Refresh status until the domain shows as secured / active. Once DNS propagates, your branded hostname or short link domain is live.
Both paths end in a secured, SSL-protected hostname — the steps in between differ.
Why the subdomain path is shorter: subdomains skip name-server delegation entirely. You only ever touch two CNAME records at your existing DNS provider — no changes to your root domain's mail, website, or other records — which is why most teams that don't need a fully custom apex domain choose a subdomain instead.

Connect a custom domain or subdomain in QRStuff and start sharing branded short URLs and a white-labeled dashboard — with guided SSL and DNS setup.
Give clients a dashboard under your brand — logo, name, and hostname — without exposing a generic QRStuff URL.
Print and share short links on your domain so every CTA reinforces brand trust in ads, packaging, and email.
Point scans to destinations on your branded short host; update dynamic QR destinations later without reprinting.
Use a dedicated subdomain per brand or region (qr.brand-a.com) while keeping the same QRStuff account workflows — without needing separate root domains or touching each brand's main website DNS.
Keep DNS under your control. Apex name servers or subdomain CNAMEs fit standard security and change-management processes, and a subdomain's two CNAME records are typically faster to get approved.
Share short, memorable branded links for check-in, menus, Wi-Fi, and materials — tracked in QRStuff analytics.
A Custom Domain lets you white-label your QRStuff dashboard with your logo, brand name, and a hostname you control — so the experience looks like your product, not a third-party tool.
It is a hostname you connect for branded short links. Instead of a default QRStuff short host, your links can use your domain for campaigns, print, and customer-facing QR destinations.
An apex domain is the root hostname (e.g. yourcompany.com) and typically uses name servers. A subdomain (e.g. qr.yourcompany.com) uses CNAME records for SSL validation and traffic routing while leaving your main site DNS intact.
Any hostname with an extra label in front of your root domain — qr.yourcompany.com, go.yourbrand.com, links.yourbrand.com — counts as a subdomain. Choose a subdomain if you want a fast, low-risk setup: it needs only two CNAME records, doesn't touch your root domain's existing DNS (email, website, etc.), and doesn't require delegating name servers to QRStuff. It's the recommended path unless you specifically need the bare root domain (yourcompany.com) itself to run through QRStuff.
No. If you already own a domain, enter the hostname you want to use. If you need help choosing or purchasing one, contact support@qrstuff.com for a custom domain quote.
Yes. Custom Domain brands the dashboard experience; Custom Short URL Domain brands short links. Configure each in the dashboard under Custom Domains / Shorturl.
Often minutes, sometimes longer depending on your DNS provider's TTL and propagation. Status shows Pending, Configured, and Secured as each step completes.
You may still need to add the traffic CNAME (your subdomain → the CDN hostname shown). Until traffic DNS is correct, the UI may show action required.
Logo and brand name can be updated in the dashboard. Domain hostname changes go through support — contact support@qrstuff.com.
Only one short URL custom domain is allowed per account configuration.
Yes. Subdomain setup includes an SSL validation CNAME step. Apex and subdomain flows end in a secured state before you rely on the hostname in production.
